Martin Campbell
Managing Director
Leveraging decades of experience with pragmatic enterprise, business and information architecture, Martin enables teams to ‘be their best’. With his proven background in data, transformation and architecture, Martin has built a reputation for rapidly delivering meaningful outcomes to the organisations fortunate enough to work with him. Martin has previously held executive positions at national and multinational organisations, including a three-year tenure as the Chief Architect for Emirates.
Toby Vann
Director & Secretary
Toby has spent the last 15 years studying and working in sustainability, urban development, technology, and the full spectrum of wellness. With social enterprise at the heart of everything he does, Toby has helped countless people through his health, fitness and technology businesses. He brings learnings from these diverse experiences and currently applies them from both the top down and bottom up at Codex, delivering maximum positive impact to its people, clients and communities.
Julian Campbell
Director
Julian has built a career in establishing and developing start-ups from the ground up, including leading Codex’s business development over a three-year period which saw growth from 3 to 40+ people. Leveraging a decade experience, Julian is passionate about cultivating good ideas into commercial opportunities and leading teams through the start-up journey.
